BOOKING POLICY

COLLINGWOOD FOOT CLINIC understands that unexpected events can occur and appointments can not be met. However, great emphasis is put on delivering a thorough and valuable consultation to all patients at COLLINGWOOD FOOT CLINIC. Therefore we would appreciate, if needed, you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time if you are unable to attend. This allows others to seek an appointment and reduces wastage of clinical time. 

COLLINGWOOD FOOT CLINIC requires 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. 

A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee may be charged to the patient if the patient:

  • Fails to attend the appointment without notice

  • Cancels the appointment on the day of the appointment

  • Arrives more than 15 minutes late to the appointment

If there is repetitive non-attendance (greater than 3 times), COLLINGWOOD FOOT CLINIC may ask for scheduled fees to be paid at the time of booking the appointment. 

COLLINGWOOD FOOT CLINIC will endeavor to contact all patients via their preferred contact method the day before their appointment. This provides an opportunity to move or cancel the appointment if needed. Additionally, an email and/or text message will be sent at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
